QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Q.	Is there a minimum number of nights required?
A.	Yes, your vacation program requires a minimum of a 7-10 night stay depending on destination. Arrangements must be purchased through LVI.

Q.	Which airlines are used for the Fly Free program?
A.	LVI uses most of the major airlines and never uses charter flights.

Q.	Since I am entitled to 2 tickets, must my traveling companion leave from the same airport?
A.	Yes, both travelers must have identical iteneraries (leave/return from the same airport on the same flight and stay at the same property).

Q.	For how long is the Fly Free program valid?
A.	Program is valid for 1 year from your sponsor's issue date.

Q.	When will I hear from my LVI agent once LVI has received my Reservation Request form?
A.	Allow about 7-10 business days so your agent can work with the hotels and dates you've requested before calling you.

Q.	When must I make final payment to LVI for my trip?
A.	Once you and the LVI agent have verbally agreed upon and confirmed your arrangements via telephone, you have 7 days to remit payment due to cover your hotel and tax charges. Final payment may be made with a bank check, certified check, money order or a major credit card.

Q.	Must I attend any type of sales or timeshare solicitation at my destination?
A.	Definitely not! Just relax and enjoy your holiday.

Q.	Is the Fly Free program transferable?
A.	Yes, you may give the program to a friend or relative but it must be done prior to submitting the Reservation Request form to LVI.

Q.	May I make any changes to my reservations?
A.	once travel documents have been ordered, issued, or printed, no changes of any kind are permitted. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-endorsable and non-changeable.

* Airfare for two is complimentary with the purchase of hotel for the minimum number of nights indicated in this online brochure. Complimentary airfare for Hawaii is to Oahu (Honolulu) only; inter-island airfare is the responsibility of the traveler and must be booked through LVI. Tahiti departures are from Los Angeles only. Airfare to/from Los Angeles is the traveler's responsibility. You may purchase airfare through LVI at the best available discounted rate or use your own source to make travel arrangements to/from Los Angeles.
