Reservation Steps & Payment

1.	Completely fill out your request form and send it so that LVI receives it at least 60 days before your requested departure date. Reservations are subject to LVI availability of hotel and airline allotments and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If the date you are requesting is not available, LVI reserves the right to offer you the next closest available date.
2.	Upon receipt of your request form an LVI travel professional will contact you via telephone to discuss availability and pricing. Please be advised you will be responsible for your accommodations as stated herein, hotel taxes, government taxes, and applicable taxes for airline tickets and inter-island airfare in Hawaii, if applicable.
3.	Upon confirmation of a reservation you will be required to submit payment in full, which must be received by LVI within 7 days of verbal confirmation. Payments can be made via cashier�s check, money order or most major credit cards.
4.	Your airline tickets and hotel documents will be sent to you approximately 21 days after receipt of your final payment. Please note that once full payment has been received, the package is fully non-refundable.

* Airfare for two is complimentary with the purchase of hotel for the minimum number of nights indicated in this online brochure. Complimentary airfare for Hawaii is to Oahu (Honolulu) only; inter-island airfare is the responsibility of the traveler and must be booked through LVI. Tahiti departures are from Los Angeles only. Airfare to/from Los Angeles is the traveler's responsibility. You may purchase airfare through LVI at the best available discounted rate or use your own source to make travel arrangements to/from Los Angeles.
